OPUS train on a Monday night at Hele’s School, Plympton. We train in the main sports hall between 7.00pm – 8.00pm. The Club runs two teams and they currently play in Division 3 and Division 4 of the Plymouth Netball League. Our Division 3 side plays on a Tuesday and our Division 4 side on a Wednesday

We are always on the look out for new players and are a friendly club who welcome players of all abilities.
